Terms of use

To be eligible for this incentive, the customer must:

• Be an Entergy electric customer with an account in good standing.
• Purchase or lease qualifying new or used electric-powered equipment.
  • Electric equipment must replace an internal combustion unit or be a first-time equipment purchase or be an expansion to an existing fleet. (Electric equipment replacing existing electric equipment does not qualify for this program.)
• Provide valid invoice or receipt that shows dates of payments for equipment claimed.
• Submit this incentive application within 180 days of equipment delivery and/or invoice date.

Incentive terms and conditions

Entergy highly recommends that all associated battery chargers be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local municipal codes and permitting procedures. Entergy is offering a limited number of these incentives; availability is subject to overall participation levels. Entergy reserves the right to cancel or modify this incentive program at any time at its sole discretion.

EQUIPMENT VERIFICATION AND PROGRAM EVALUATION

A site inspection may be required by the program. A program representative may contact you to request an on-site visit. Customers may also be contacted to provide feedback on the program to measure customer satisfaction.

ENTERGY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONTACT YOU AS PART OF ITS ELECTRIC TECHNOLOGY MARKET RESEARCH AND PROGRAM EVALUATION ACTIVITIES.

Entergy is not a party to any sales transaction between the customer and the manufacturer or dealer. Entergy’s liability and responsibility in connection with the Entergy Electric Technology Program shall be strictly limited to the making of certain incentive payments for eligible equipment, and Entergy does not make, will not provide and specifically disclaims any and all representations, warranties, covenants or guarantees whatsoever, express or implied, in connection with the electric equipment or the program itself, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Entergy shall in no way be liable or responsible for any equipment installed by, or for any act or omission of, any other entity or individual, including, without limitation, the equipment manufacturer or any electrician, technician or other service provider.
